These terms apply to your use of the Munoo app (“Munoo”), developed by Ilya Mudryi. By using Munoo you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
1. What Munoo is
Munoo is a calorie counter and food diary. AI features produce estimates of calories and nutrients from photos and text. Estimates can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing and editing them. Munoo is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or have a health condition.
2. Your account
You need an account to sync your diary. Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Free plan, subscriptions and purchases
- The free plan includes limited daily AI estimates and other features described in the app.
- Munoo Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
- One-time purchases (such as the meal plan or the weight-loss programme) are non-consumable and stay available on your account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices and features may change; changes to an active subscription follow Apple’s rules and notifications.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Munoo: no attempts to break or overload the service, reverse engineer it, bypass limits, or upload content that is illegal or not yours to share.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and entries you add. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the app, including sending them to our AI provider to produce estimates, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Munoo available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
